My Place Hotel - Mesa, Arizona is seeking a Guest Services Representative to be the central contact for guests from check-in to check-out. You will manage reservations, record charges, and promote the Stay Rewarded Loyalty Program while ensuring a positive guest experience.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and dependability. You will assist with front desk tasks, light cleaning, and basic administrative duties in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Maintain front desk records, night audit checklist, cash handling, and log maintenance issues.
