Job summary

Buffalo Lodging Associates is seeking a Front Desk Agent/Guest Service Representative in Solon, OH to greet guests, manage check-in/out, and handle reservations with the property management system. The role emphasizes hospitality, accuracy in payment handling, and providing information on hotel services.

Typical shifts are in the evening (3 PM – 11 PM) with weekend availability required. A high school diploma is preferred and computer skills with PMS, Word, and Excel are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience, hotel setting preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Computer knowledge including intranet, PMS, WORD, and EXCEL is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and completing the check-in/check-out procedure through the Property Management System.
• Handles cash, credit card information and goods at the property.
• Identifying the needs of each guest and providing information regarding hotel services and amenities.
• Taking reservations from incoming callers and updating/canceling reservations in the system.
