Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–2 years guest service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work 7 days per week including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately.
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and document guest notes in systems.
• Post rooms, taxes, and incidentals to guest accounts and balance folios.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to support guest needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and restock supplies.
