Job summary

Buffalo Lodging Associates is seeking a Front Desk Agent/Guest Service Representative in Solon, OH to greet guests, manage check-in/out, and handle reservations with the property management system. The role emphasizes hospitality, accuracy in payment handling, and providing information on hotel services.

Typical shifts are in the evening (3 PM – 11 PM) with weekend availability required. A high school diploma is preferred and computer skills with PMS, Word, and Excel are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience, hotel setting preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Computer knowledge including intranet, PMS, WORD, and EXCEL is strongly preferred.

Job Details:

Springhill Suites by Marriott is seeking a Front Desk Agent to join their team!

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests, complete the check- in/ check-out procedure through the Property management system while obtaining and storing pertinent information.
• Handles cash, credit card information and goods at the property
• Identifying the needs of each guest and provides relevant information regarding the hotel services and amenities, to create an accommodating environment for all. Respond to all guest requests in a timely manner.
• Taking reservations from incoming callers while providing excellence in service and inputs all information into the hotel management system. Updates and cancels reservations in the system as requested by the guest.

Typical Schedule : , Mostly Evening Shifts: 3 PM – 11 PM , Weekend Availability a must.
