Buffalo Lodging Associates is seeking a Front Desk Agent to join SpringHill Suites by Marriott Cleveland Solon. The role involves greeting guests, processing check-ins/outs in the PMS, handling cash and card transactions, and addressing guest needs with prompt service.

The position requires mostly evening shifts (3 PM – 11 PM) with weekend availability. Prior hotel customer service experience and a high school diploma are preferred, along with proficiency in Word/Excel and a PMS.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a hotel setting preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Computer knowledge including intranet, PMS, Word and Excel strongly preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license and acceptable driving history, subject to company approval.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out using the property management system.
• Handle cash and card transactions and secure guest information.
• Identify guest needs and inform them about hotel services and amenities.
• Take reservations from callers and input/cancel bookings in the system.

Front Desk Agent/ Guest Service Representative

Springhill Suites by Marriott is seeking a Front Desk Agent to join their team!

The Front Desk Agent is the face of the hotel, and provides superior service to all guests. Responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests, complete the check- in/ check-out procedure through the Property management system while obtaining and storing pertinent information.
• Handles cash, credit card information and goods at the property
• Identifying the needs of each guest and provides relevant information regarding the hotel services and amenities, to create an accommodating environment for all. Respond to all guest requests in a timely manner.
• Taking reservations from incoming callers while providing excellence in service and inputs all information into the hotel management system. Updates and cancels reservations in the system as requested by the guest.
• Typical Schedule : , Mostly Evening Shifts: 3 PM – 11 PM, Weekend Availability a must.
