Responsibilities

• Manage reservations and check guests in and out using a computerised system.
• Handle guest requests such as bookings and restaurant reservations.
• Assist with payments, issue keys, and balance cash at end of shift.
• Answer calls and online inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Help organize events and meetings and support guest needs.
• Address guest concerns with courtesy and professionalism.
• Perform light cleaning duties and restocking as required.
