SpringHill Suites by Marriott - Cleveland Solon on Aurora Road is seeking a Front Desk Agent to be the friendly face of the hotel, delivering outstanding service and handling check-in/check-out in the property management system.

The role requires greeting guests, handling reservations, and managing cash and card transactions while informing guests about hotel services and amenities. Most shifts are evenings (3 PM–11 PM) with weekend availability a must.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a hotel setting preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency with Property Management System, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and complete check-in/check-out using the property management system.
• Handle cash and card information securely.
• Identify guest needs and provide relevant information about hotel services and amenities.
• TakeReservations from incoming callers and input/update in the system.
