Qualifications

• 1 year experience working as a hotel front desk agent
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent math and reconciliation skills
• Experience using hotel reservation systems such as Lightspeed, FOSSE or PEP is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Friendly and customer service oriented
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at check-in and complete registration according to brand standards.
• Greet guests at check-out, verify charges, and process payments.
• Provide information about local area and hotel services; upsell hotel amenities.
• Answer phones promptly with professional courtesy and assist guests.
• Resolve guest complaints with empathy and escalate when necessary.
• Complete shift tasks and maintain accurate records and guest profiles.
