Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a PM Assistant Chief Engineer to support the Chief Engineer in the daily operation, maintenance, and repair of hotel systems during the PM shift. You will supervise engineering associates, coordinate preventive maintenance, and ensure safety standards are consistently met across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of hotel maintenance operations, including electrical, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, drywall, and general building repairs.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hotel equipment and building systems.
• Previous experience in hotel Engineering or facilities maintenance, with supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of the Engineering Department during PM shift and coordinate maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoots, diagnoses, and repairs malfunctions in hotel systems and equipment.
• Coordinate scheduled preventive maintenance and respond to maintenance requests from guest rooms and public areas.
• Maintain safety procedures and documentation; respond to after-hours emergencies.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B to minimize operational disruption.
