Job summary

RR Donnelley (RRD) is seeking a Document Production Associate in Wheeling to provide word processing and document production services for clients. Shift is 5:00 p.m. – 2:00 a.m., Monday through Friday, with duties including editing, proofreading, intake, and workflow coordination.

Responsibilities include using logs, meeting deadlines, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role requires strong attention to detail, ability to work independently or as part of a team, and experience with MS Office

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year document production experience in legal, banking, or large corporate environment.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong keyboarding.
• Familiar with other document editing/creation software.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Good organizational and deadline-driven work ethic.
• Ability to handle confidential information and exercise sound judgment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Use logs or tracking software for document production tasks.
• Assess requests and ensure tasks are completed through lifecycle.
• Edit, proof, convert, and transcribe documents per client specs.
• Troubleshoot software or hardware issues as needed.
• Maintain professional communication with team, supervisor, and clients.
• Meet contracted deadlines for service delivery.
