Job summary

RR Donnelley in Wheeling, WV is seeking a Document Production Associate to provide word processing and document production services. The position follows a 1st shift schedule: Monday–Friday 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., at our site.

Key duties include using logs and tracking software, reviewing requests, editing, proofreading, and coordinating workflow to meet client deadlines. Strong MS Office skills and meticulous attention to detail are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year document production experience, preferably in legal, banking, or large corporate environments.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong typing and keyboarding skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle confidential information.
• Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Utilize logs/tracking software for all document production work.
• Assess job requests and ensure completion through lifecycle.
• Edit, proof, convert, create, or transcribe documents per procedures.
• Communicate with team, supervisor, or client on deadlines.
• Meet contracted deadlines for service delivery.
• Quality assurance on work as requested.
• Maintain professional conduct and adhere to policies.
