Job summary

RRD is seeking a Document Production Associate to provide word processing and document production services for our clients. The role supports editing, proofreading, intake and workflow coordination, with emphasis on meeting deadlines.

Shift is Saturday to Wednesday, 5 pm–2 am ET, at our West Virginia site. Candidates should have a high school diploma and at least 1 year of document production experience; proficiency with MS Office and strong attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year document production experience in legal, banking, or large corporate environment.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong typing.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Use logs and tracking software for document production work.
• Assess job requests and ensure completion throughout lifecycle.
• Edit, proof, convert, and create documents to client satisfaction.
• Operate equipment and software to perform job functions.
• Communicate with team, supervisor, or client about deadlines.
• Meet contracted deadlines for service delivery.
• Troubleshoot basic software or hardware problems.
• Maintain proactive client relationships and quality assurance.
