Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year document production experience in a professional setting.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiar with document editing/creation software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Utilize logs/tracking software for all document production work.
• Assess job requests and ensure tasks are completed through lifecycle.
• Perform document production, proofreading, intake and workflow coordination as needed.
• Edit, proof, convert, create, transcribe or complete production requests per client standards.
• Demonstrate proficiency with equipment/ software and hardware used in job functions.
• Communicate with team, supervisor or client on deadlines and concerns.
• Meet contracted deadlines for service delivery to clients.
• Troubleshoot basic software or hardware issues.
• Support continuous service improvement and client relationships.
• Conduct quality assurance when requested.
• Adhere to company and client policies.
• Use equipment efficiently and cost-effectively.
