Job summary

RR Donnelley & Sons is seeking a Document Production Associate in Wheeling, WV to provide word processing and document production services for clients. You will follow established procedures, edit/ proof, and complete tasks to satisfy client timelines.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least 1 year of document production experience, strong MS Office skills, and keen attention to detail. Shift is Saturday–Wednesday 5 pm–2 am ET, with opportunities for overtime and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year document production experience, preferably in a legal, banking or large corporate environment.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn new editing tools quickly.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Operate document production tasks using logs/tracking tools and meet deadlines.
• Edit, proof, convert, and transcribe documents to client specifications.
• Coordinate intake/workflow and communicate deadlines with team and clients.
• Troubleshoot basic software/hardware issues affecting production.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with policies.
