Job summary

RR Donnelley & Sons in Wheeling, WV is hiring a Document Production Associate to provide word processing and document production services. Schedule: Mon–Fri 5:00 p.m.–2:00 a.m. Essential tasks include using logs, assessing requests, editing and proofreading, and coordinating workflows.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1 year document production experience, preferably in a legal, banking, or large corporate environment.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong typing.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience handling confidential information and good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Use logs and tracking software for document production tasks.
• Assess job requests and ensure completion of tasks through lifecycle.
• Perform document production, proofreading, intake and workflow coordination as needed.
• Edit, proof, create, transcribe or convert documents to client specifications.
• Demonstrate proficiency with equipment, software and hardware used in the role.
• Communicate with team, supervisor or client on deadlines and concerns.
• Meet contracted deadlines for service delivery to clients.
• Troubleshoot basic software or hardware issues.
• Support continuous service improvement and client relationship building.
• Perform quality assurance on work and adhere to policies and cost-efficient use of materials.
