Job summary

All Year Cooling and Plumbing, serving South Florida since 1973, is seeking an Evening Dispatcher to keep service calls organized, technicians on schedule, and customers informed.

You will manage the evening dispatch board, respond to requests, and adjust plans as calls progress. Strong communication and organization are essential for a busy night.

Experience with dispatch software and coordinating with field teams is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous dispatching or service coordination experience; HVAC, plumbing, or home services preferred.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Professional phone manner and clear written communication.
• Comfortable using dispatch software and GPS/routing systems.
• Knowledge of South Florida geography is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch HVAC and plumbing techs by location, availability, and urgency.
• Monitor progress and reassign as delays or new requests occur.
• Provide customers with arrival windows and schedule updates.
• Give techs accurate job details and access instructions.
• Coordinate urgent requests and involve management when needed.
• Maintain dispatch notes and technician schedules.
• Coordinate with warehouse for parts and materials.
• Follow procedures for communication, dispatch, and escalation.
• Prepare handoff notes for outstanding calls and next-day follow-ups.
• Support dispatch operations and customer service as assigned.
