You will prioritize requests, optimize technician schedules, and communicate with customers via phone and email. The role requires 2+ years in dispatch and customer service, strong communication, and the ability to multitask as part of a growing team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dispatch experience.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch technicians to service calls, maintenance appointments, and emergency repairs.
• Prioritize service requests based on urgency and technician availability.
• Monitor and adjust schedules to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.
• Receive and respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Provide customers with information about service availability, estimated arrival times, and any potential delays.
