Job summary

Snyder Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electric is seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate technician deployments and schedule appointments in a busy, high-volume setting. You will prioritize calls, communicate with customers and vendors, and help keep service queues moving efficiently across Broward, Palm Beach and Miami-Dade counties.

Must be able to work M-F 7:30AM-4:00PM and communicate in English & Spanish. Service Titan experience is preferred but not required; strong organization and

Qualifications

• Dispatch experience highly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and co-workers.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of South Florida geography Broward, Palm Beach, Martin counties.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the transportation movements of the technicians.
• Keep track of the drivers’ schedules as they change throughout the day and monitor start/departure times.
• Maintain a matrix of tech routes, start locations, tools and qualifications to assign calls correctly.
• Forecast workload 2–3 days out and respond to special customer requests.
