Job summary

Cooling Experts, a leading air conditioning and refrigeration company in South Florida, is seeking a Dispatcher/Receptionist to coordinate service calls, schedule appointments, and provide exceptional customer service.

You will answer calls, coordinate with technicians, maintain customer records, and support the service team. The role requires bilingual Spanish, a High School diploma, and experience in customer service or dispatch; salary $18–$20 per hour; in-person work.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual Spanish speaking.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a customer service or dispatch role preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with dispatch software or CRM systems a plus.
• Knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems a plus.

We are Cooling Experts, a leading air conditioning and refrigeration company in South Florida, and we are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Dispatcher/Receptionist. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling service calls and appointments, as well as handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Schedule service calls and appointments
• Coordinate with technicians and customers to ensure timely service
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the database
• Provide administrative support to the service team
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• MUST BE BILINGUAL, SPANISH SPEAKING
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a customer service or dispatch role is preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with dispatch software or customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus
• Knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems is a plus
