All Fleet Inc. is seeking a 2nd Shift Service Dispatch Coordinator to be the backbone of evening operations. You will handle urgent calls, dispatch technicians, and manage real-time problem-solving to keep fleets moving.

The role requires a fast-paced, multitasking mindset, strong communication, and comfort with dispatch software and multi-line phones. You will coordinate with technicians, customers, and vendors to maximize speed and reliability.

• Responsibilities include owning inbound service requests and ensuring calls are handled efficiently.
• Dispatching and coordinating mobile diesel technicians to maximize speed and coverage.
• Thinking ahead to strategize routes and resource allocation to prevent delays.
• Managing high-value accounts and keeping key customers informed.
• Solving problems in real-time during emergencies and schedule adjustments.
• Communicating effectively across calls, texts, and digital systems.
