Job summary

All Fleet Inc is seeking a dynamic Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative for full-time 2nd shift to support a fleet of 100+ technicians. You will handle emergency and non-emergency calls, gather truck/trailer information, and dispatch mobile technicians to diagnose issues and return drivers to the road quickly.

The role requires industry or call center experience, strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills to prioritize urgent calls and maintain accurate logs.

• Experience in dispatch or call center environments.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with calm and efficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities for coordinating field operations.

Responsibilities
