Job summary

All Fleet Inc is seeking a full-time 2nd shift Dispatcher to support a fleet of 100+ technicians delivering over-the-road repair services. Industry/call center experience is required as you handle emergency and standard service calls.

You will gather truck/trailer details, driver locations, and special information, dispatch mobile technicians, and ensure rapid response so drivers can get back on the road promptly.

Responsibilities

• Answer emergency and non-emergency calls and document important information.

• Operate a multi-line telephone console and manage call logs.
• Prioritize calls by urgency and maintain up-to-date records.
• Monitor field unit status and daily schedules to optimize service.
