Responsibilities

• Answer emergency and non-emergency calls and document important information.
• Coordinate with departments or field units and respond to issues.
• Plan efficient routes and use of technicians for dispatched work.
• Operate and manage a multi-line telephone console system.
• Prioritize calls based on urgency and schedule field units accordingly.
• Maintain and update call logs and documentation.
• Communicate with technicians and customers via computer, phone, and text.
• Manage large company accounts and relationships with key personnel.
• Explain repairs and service needs to drivers and mechanics.
• Investigate and resolve questions raised by national accounts.
