You will deliver exceptional support to clients via phone and email, maintaining accurate records and collaborating with teammates to resolve issues. The position runs Tuesday through Saturday, 2pm–11pm EST, and supports nationwide customers with a focus on service excellence.

• Proven experience in customer service or call center environment.
