Responsibilities

• Exercise discretion and sound judgment when engaging with internal and external parties.
• Collaborates with Operations to find solutions for customer responses.
• Provides accurate information using department protocols.
• Resolves queries by clarifying issues and explaining best solutions.
• Maintains accounts by processing customer adjustments.
• Keeps department spreadsheet of incoming orders up to date.
• Escalates unresolved issues to leads or supervisors.
