Roto-Rooter in the Baltimore area is hiring a Customer Service Representative for the second shift at our Linthicum, MD call center. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer support, handling inquiries, scheduling service calls, and guiding customers through available services and products.

This full-time position offers an evening shift (up to 10:00 p.m.), competitive hourly pay ($17.00–$19.00) based on experience, and benefits. Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual skills preferred but not required.
• Highschool diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service focus essential.
• AS400 knowledge preferred.
• Prior call center experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact with our customers.
• Obtain key information from the customer while expressing empathy and confidence.
• Data entry, including customer contact information and relevant details of plumbing problems.
• Schedule a service call based on customer availability and convenience.
• Discuss additional services and products we offer that may be helpful.
• Be a trusted informational resource for Roto-Rooter customers.
