Roto-Rooter in the Baltimore area is hiring a Customer Service Representative for the second shift at our Linthicum, MD call center. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer support, handling inquiries, scheduling service calls, and guiding customers through available services and products.

This full-time position offers an evening shift (up to 10:00 p.m.), competitive hourly pay ($17.00–$19.00) based on experience, and benefits. Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.

Qualifications

Overview

Help connect customers with the solutions they need and the service they trust! Hiring immediately for Customer Service Representative for second shift, which may include Saturdays and Sundays. Bilingual skills preferred, but not required. This is a full-time customer service position at Roto-Rooter’s Baltimore-area call center, located in Linthicum, MD, operating on the evening shift (until 10:00 p.m.). The hourly pay rate for this position is $17.00-$19.00, depending on experience. The primary role of the Customer Service Representative is to provide all the necessary assistance to customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
