Opensity Solutions is seeking a Meeting Support Specialist in New York to manage daily conference room operations and provide exceptional service to employees and guests. The role focuses on setup, coordination, and ensuring spaces remain organized and stocked.

A hospitality or customer service background is preferred, with a 30-hour week from 5pm to 11pm. Compensation starts at $21.50 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO.

• Ensure meeting spaces remain clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Assist with basic office and workplace support tasks.
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure meetings run smoothly.
