OFFSITE in New York seeks a reliable Event Support Staff Member to assist with the daily operations of our events, helping create a welcoming, organized, and seamless guest experience through setup, reception, and ongoing hospitality support.

This role is ideal for someone proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Immediate start and part-time hours with $25 hourly pay reflect industry flexibility.

Mansioni

• Prepare event spaces prior to client and guest arrival, ensuring areas are clean, organized, and presentation-ready.
• Set up morning hospitality services, including coffee stations, hot breakfast, beverages, and refreshments.
• Manage front desk and reception responsibilities, including guest check-in and directing attendees to designated event spaces.
• Assist with coat and bag check services, ensuring belongings are handled carefully and efficiently.
• Respond to guest questions and requests with professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness.
• Provide ongoing hospitality support throughout events, adapting to the specific needs of each client.
• Bus tables, clear used dishes and glassware.
• Assist with food and beverage setup, replenishment, and breakdown as needed.
• Regularly monitor and refresh communal spaces, including reception areas, lounges, meeting rooms, and refreshment stations.
• Restock essential supplies and reset spaces in preparation for upcoming events.
• Assist with the breakdown and cleanup of event spaces following client departure.
• Clear and organize furniture, service items, supplies, and equipment as directed.
