Job summary

Greystar is seeking a resident services associate for an on-site leasing office. Shift is Tuesday–Saturday, 3:00 pm–11:30 pm.

You will greet prospects and residents, answer calls, route inquiries, assist with deliveries and maintain community information to enhance resident experience. Qualifications

• Prior front-desk or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents and ensure comfort.
• Answer phone calls and route inquiries to the appropriate team member.
• Track and notify residents about package deliveries within 24 hours.
• Monitor parking, security cameras, and fire alarm panel.
• Coordinate move-ins/move-outs and vendor contacts.
