Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or property management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide reception, administration, and safety support including key management and lockouts.
• Respond to booking enquiries and manage out-of-hours check-in/out procedures.
• Support occupancy targets by ensuring smooth handover to day teams.
• Assist in social events, resident engagement, and retention efforts.
• Maintain safety, incident logs, and proper handover reporting.
