Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Part Time Concierge at Ivy Park at Belmont. You will greet residents and visitors, handle requests, arrange property tours, and support a busy front desk with multi-line calls on-site in Belmont, CA.

The role emphasizes outstanding customer service, strong communication, and basic MS Office skills. Applicants must be 18+, have a HS diploma, pass background checks, and meet health/safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer two years of hospitality or senior living experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to operate a PC and MS Office programs.
• Written and verbal communication with residents, families, and staff.
• Must pass background check and health screening tests.
• Vaccination/screening/PPE may be required per guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Provide residents, guests, and visitors with exceptional customer service.
• Answer telephones and direct calls clearly and professionally.
• Monitor the Emergency Alert System and respond promptly.
• Manage the business center and incoming/outgoing mail.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork with coworkers and other departments.
