Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years in hospitality or senior living preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic PC skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication with staff, residents, and families.
• Criminal background check and health screening required, including TB tests.
• COVID-19 safety protocols and PPE may be required per guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents, guests, and visitors with exceptional customer service.
• Answer telephones and direct calls in a timely, professional manner.
• Monitor Emergency Alert System and respond to calls.
• Manage business center and process mail as needed.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with coworkers and departments.
