Ivy Park at Hayward, part of Oakmont Management Group, is a premier senior living community in Hayward, California. We are seeking a friendly Concierge to deliver outstanding resident and guest service, arrange tours, and support administrative staff.

The ideal candidate greets visitors, handles multi-line calls, assists residents with requests, and ensures a welcoming atmosphere in line with our mission and values. Part-time Fridays from 2pm to 10pm is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service.
• Answer telephones and direct calls promptly and professionally.
• Monitor the Emergency Alert System and respond to alerts.
• Process mail and manage the business center.
• Maintain a safe environment and support team collaboration.
