Ivy Park at West Hills, a premier senior living community managed by Oakmont Management Group in California, seeks a Concierge to greet visitors, answer calls, and support residents and families with warmth and professionalism.

You will coordinate tours, manage mail and front-desk operations, and uphold safety standards while collaborating with care teams. Candidates should have a high school diploma and hospitality experience; MS Office skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Experience in hospitality or senior living preferred.
• Proficient use of MS Office programs.
• Ability to interact respectfully with residents, families and staff.
• Must pass background and health screenings as required.
• Commitment to safety protocols and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents, guests, and visitors with exceptional service.
• Answer phones and direct calls clearly and promptly.
• Monitor Emergency Alert System and respond to calls.
• Manage mail and assist with front desk duties.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment following safety standards.
• Support teamwork across departments.
