Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Concierge for IVY PARK AT BURBANK, a premier senior living community in California. The role involves greeting residents and visitors, handling calls, coordinating tours, and supporting administrative staff with a focus on exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 2 years of hospitality or senior living experience, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prefer two years of experience in a hospitality setting or senior living community.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication with staff, residents, and families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests (including TB).
• COVID-19 safety measures and PPE may be required per regulatory guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service.
• Answer multi-line telephone and direct calls to the appropriate staff.
• Arrange tours of the property.
• Provide clerical support to administrative staff.
• Maintain a safe environment following safety standards.
