Job summary

Ivy Living's Ivy Park at Belmont in Belmont, CA is seeking a Concierge to greet visitors, fulfill resident requests, and support the administrative staff in a busy senior living community.

You will answer phone lines, coordinate tours, monitor the Emergency Alert System, manage mail, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment. Prior hospitality experience preferred; strong communication and computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer two years of experience in hospitality or senior living.
• Proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests (including TB).
• Vaccination/testing/PPE may be required per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide all residents, guests, and visitors with exceptional customer service.
• Answer telephones, record/direct calls to appropriate individuals in a timely, clear, and professional manner.
• Monitor the Emergency Alert System and respond to every call.
• Effectively manage the business center and process mail.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with coworkers and other departments.
