BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a Closing Manager to lead the club’s end-of-day operations, including Recovery, Utility, and Perishables, while coaching the Closing Manager and teams to uphold GOLD standards. The role requires ServSafe certification, forklift certification, and strong leadership to ensure safe, efficient, and friendly member experiences.

Competenze

• Two years of experience in retail, supermarket, or warehouse perishable operations required.
• Forklift Certification required.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Email) required.
• Open shift availability required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must maintain all training and required certifications.

• Own end‑day execution for Recovery, Utility, Perishables, and Overnight prep.
• Lead the Closing Manager and teams during closing hours to ensure performance.
