Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in retail, supermarket, or warehouse perishable operations preferred.
• SERV Safe certification required.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Open shift availability required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Recovery, Utility, and Perishable departments (Produce, Meat, Bakery, Deli, Dairy/Freezer) during closing.
• Lead by walking the floor during closing hours to sustain execution and team performance.
• Maintain GOLD standards and ensure a greeting, anticipation, appreciation experience through the shift.
• Collaborate with the Closing Manager, Club Managers, and department leads to improve routines and member experience.
