Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a Closing Manager to lead club operations, supervise the Recovery and Utility teams, and ensure daily adherence to Gold standards for member experience.

Responsibilities include directing end-of-day processes, coaching staff, maintaining safety certifications (ServSafe, forklift), and upholding inventory and service goals across departments. This role requires strong leadership and a commitment to operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Forklift certification required.
• ServSafe certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee closing operations for multiple departments and ensure GOLD standards are met.
• Lead the Closing Manager, Recovery, and Utility teams and provide coaching and direction.
• Perform Manager on Duty duties and ensure food safety and auditing compliance.
