Job summary

Qualifications

• GED or HS diploma required.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 45 days.
• Nurse Aide in good standing per state registry.
• Part-time position: 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Assist RN with daily patient care (bathing, hygiene, feeding, elevation, ambulation).
• Record vital signs and I&O in EMR.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges under RN supervision.
• Perform patient positioning and transport tasks with proper technique.
• Support dietary needs and skin care; manage supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate tests and treatments with departments and maintain documentation.
