Responsibilities

• Record vital signs and I&O in the EMR system.
• Perform rounding and communicate observations to RN.
• Assist with admissions, transfers and discharge under RN supervision.
• Collect specimens and support nursing tasks.
• Handle supplies, linen, and basic equipment; ensure patient safety.
