Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Project Engineer to lead EVA spacesuit hardware projects at our Frederica, DE facility. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to meet NASA program milestones, budgets and safety requirements.

Responsibilities include design release through production, build readiness, and test planning, with travel up to 25% and site-based work. A bachelor’s degree in engineering is required, U.S.

Qualifikationen

• Must be able to access shared government program databases (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident).
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or product development environment is preferred.

• Coordinate EVA spacesuit hardware projects from design release through production, integration, and delivery.
• Serve as a liaison between engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to align priorities and schedules.
• Support build readiness, testing, and delivery at the Frederica, DE site.
• Lead hardware failure investigations and drive CAPAs across engineering and factory operations.
• Communicate risks, issues, and impacts to cost, schedule, or technical performance with program managers.
