Job summary

Rivian in Georgia seeks a Service Production Supervisor to act as the in-shop quarterback, guiding a high‑performing technicians team. You will direct the vehicle flow, make real‑time production decisions, and mentor staff to maintain excellence and collaboration.

You will ensure parts and tools are available, drive throughput, and partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver a seamless service experience for Rivian owners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume automotive service environment.
• Deep technical acumen across modern vehicle systems including high-voltage, electrical, mechanical, and infotainment.
• Experience with lean manufacturing or workflow optimization in a service/production setting.
• Proficient with dealership management systems, repair order tracking and diagnostic tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, coach, and inspire a team of technicians, developing a high-performance culture.
• Actively manage performance with regular feedback and reviews.
• Foster Rivian culture through inclusive leadership and empowerment.
• Ensure parts, tools, and information availability to the team.
• Own the daily production rhythm from intake to final quality check.
• Coordinate with Parts, Service Advisors, and support teams to prevent bottlenecks.
