Rivian in Sparks, NV is hiring a Service Production Supervisor to lead the service center team and drive production pace. You will coach technicians, ensure parts and information flow, and maintain a culture of excellence and collaboration.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage daily shop rhythm, and implement improvements to service workflows while upholding Rivian's safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in a high-volume automotive service environment.
• High school credential preferred.
• Deep technical acumen across modern vehicle systems.
• Experience with lean workflow optimization.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of technicians, fostering collaboration and performance.
• Manage team performance with regular feedback and reviews.
• Oversee service workflows and ensure accountability across shifts.
• Coordinate with Parts, Service Advisors, and support teams to remove bottlenecks.
• Monitor KPIs to improve shop efficiency and throughput.
