Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume automotive service environment.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Deep technical knowledge of modern vehicle systems (high-voltage, electrical, mechanical, infotainment).
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles or workflow optimization.
• Proficient with digital tools including DMS and repair order tracking systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of technicians, driving collaboration and continuous learning.
• Oversee service workflows and technician development to meet production goals across shifts.
• Coordinate with Parts, Service Advisors, and support teams to remove bottlenecks and ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor KPIs like productivity and cycle time to drive data-informed improvements.
