Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a high-volume automotive service environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to manage performance and develop technicians.
• Lean manufacturing principles or workflow optimization experience.
• Proficiency with digital tools including DMS, repair order tracking, and diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing service team, coaching and providing feedback.
• Own the daily service operations, prioritizing workload and coordinating with support teams.
• Monitor repair quality and KPIs to drive improvements and safety.
• Serve as escalation point for technical or logistical challenges.
• Ensure clear documentation and customer advocacy throughout the service process.
