Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume automotive service environment.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Deep technical acumen across modern vehicle systems (high-voltage, electrical, mechanical, infotainment).
• Proven experience with lean manufacturing or workflow optimization in a service/production setting.
• Strong proficiency with digital tools including dealership management systems and diagnostic software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of technicians, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Own the daily production rhythm of the shop, maximizing throughput and efficiency.
• Coordinate with Parts, Service Advisors, and support teams to remove bottlenecks.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
