Lucid Motors is seeking a Service Manager to lead the Lucid Service Center team, focusing on exceptional customer experience and operational excellence. The role involves managing advisors, technicians, and parts staff, while driving continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has extensive automotive service leadership experience, ability to train staff, and a track record of strong customer service in a fast-moving EV environment. On-site Texas location with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years varied automotive service experience including measuring and holding team accountable for KPI’s (CSI, Repair Time, Days Down).
• Experience managing a team of technicians for selection, development, performance management, engagement and training.
• Excellent collaboration, motivation, and leadership abilities with vendors and staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop service team and day-to-day service business, including customer service interactions, reporting, and repairs.
• Monitor and drive performance using KPI data; provide feedback to improve results.
• Hire, train, and develop employees, ensuring timely staffing and coverage.
• Ensure high Lucid customer experience and strengthen client relationships; address concerns quickly.
