Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Service Manager to oversee the Lucid Service Center, guiding advisors, technicians, and parts staff to deliver premier customer experiences. You will model leadership, implement continuous improvement, and ensure timely vehicle repairs.

The ideal candidate has extensive automotive service leadership experience, strong coaching abilities, and a passion for high standards in a fast-moving, EV-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years varied automotive service experience with KPI tracking (CSI, repairs, turnaround).
• Experience leading a service team of advisors, technicians, and parts staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day service operations and team performance.
• Develop and coach service staff to deliver high customer experience.
• Ensure timely repairs and quality in service, while maintaining compliance with industry standards.
